One block from the beach, this backyard started as nothing more than a sand lot. We transformed it into a true outdoor living space — a custom pool with a spa and sun shelf, a putting green, a turf cornhole area, a travertine fire pit, and a volleyball court, all wrapped around a fully remodeled interior and exterior. From the spiral staircase off the upper deck to the tiki-covered lounge area below, every detail was built to make the most of coastal living.
