This backyard on Little Lagoon started as just sand and grass — nothing built out at all. We designed and built an outdoor living space from the ground up, centered on a hand-built stone fireplace and a heavy timber pergola made to hold up to coastal weather while framing the water view. Now it's a space made for slow evenings — good company, open water, and a fire going as the sun sets over the lagoon.
